I can’t lie to you: the phyllo dough is NOT homemade. There are only so many hours in the day! But the rest of this tasty pie is made by me. Baked and then frozen, it is a quick and easy supper solution. Throw it in the oven, toss a quick salad; and in twenty minutes dinner is on the table! Four pieces come in an 8″x8′ pan.

Ingredients: Phyllo (flour, water, vinegar, oil), spinach, green onion, dill weed, eggs, feta cheese (made from pasteurized cow and sheep’s milk), olive oil
