These New York style bagels (not as sweet or dense as the Montreal bagel), have a nice chew and a crispy crust. The slow rising process gives a lovely flavour. Generously topped with your choice of poppyseed, sesame, or everythang (poppy, sesame, dried onion). So delicious!
